Description of problem:

Include jq back in the downstream ceph image,
Rook need to use jq for mds liveness probe and other json parsing,
jq is present in upstream ceph image but it is missing with downstream ceph image

This change has been committed.

I have added the jq in the private branch private-syeshwan-ceph-8.1-rhel-9 and built a scratch container here.

We will be merging this change to add jq to 8.1z2 container

we have merged the jq changes into ceph-8.1-rhel-9 branch in dist-git : https://pkgs.devel.redhat.com/cgit/containers/rhceph/log/?h=ceph-8.1-rhel-9.


This change will be picked up in the next build.

We have also added the jq changes into IBM Ceph container in the dist-git branch : ibm-ceph-8.1-rhel-9
