Cause:
"ceph node ls" - listing destroyed osds when it not supposed to show it.
Consequence:
the osd list without any mention it was destroyed, which make the user confuse and cephadm list the osd as stray
Fix:
ensures that the status of the OSD is checked before
adding it to the output
