GNOME Gitlab jrb crosswords issues 259 0 None opened crosswords is loading the gsettings schema for crosswords-editor 2025-04-01 15:25:41 UTC

Description Fabio Valentini 2025-03-31 12:16:26 UTC
It looks like opening a crossword puzzle loads the "org.gnome.Crosswords.Editor" GSettings schema, and this is only shipped in the crosswords-editor subpackage, which is not a hard dependency of crosswords:

(crosswords:8866): GLib-GIO-ERROR **: 14:13:22.023: Settings schema 'org.gnome.Crosswords.Editor' is not installed
Trace/breakpoint trap (core dumped)

This looks like the main crosswords package should ship the org.gnome.Crosswords.Editor GSettings schema definitions. crossword-editor already has hard "Requires: crosswords", so it would not create the opposite problem.
