Description of problem:
iprutils, specifically the iprconfig tool is necessary for configuring onboard
RAID controllers on several POWER machines. These tools should be included in
the rescue environment, on many of these machines it's not possible to configure
a RAID array otherwise.

Additional info: These tools are available in the SUSE rescue environment and
they're installed as part of the base RHEL install.
