Description of problem: Upgrading from bluez 5.80 to 5.81 prevents Bluetooth from being turned on through the system menu or Settings app. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.81-1.fc42 How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. With bluez 5.80 installed, turn on Bluetooth using GNOME system menu or GNOME Settings. 2. Run "sudo dnf upgrade -y bluez*" to upgrade to bluez 5.81. 3. (Optional) Reboot. 4. Attempt to turn on Bluetooth again. 5. Undo the last dnf transaction. 6. Turn on Bluetooth again. Actual results: Bluetooth can be turned on with bluez 5.80 installed, but not 5.81. Expected results: Bluetooth should turn on with bluez version 5.81 as well.
