Description of problem:
Customer is trying to migrate a VMware  based VM that is backed by ceph nvmeOF disk datastore. He is trying to migrate vm from one nvme datastore to another nvme datastore.  It just got stuck and does not completes , On Ceph side Health is OK, Nvme Nodes status is fine, all GW ACTIVE. On client side both datastore disks are in good state (Active and standby Targets).

IBM ceph 8.0z2 (19.2.0-98.el9cp)
Vmware server version- ESXi 8.0 U3 - 24022510

How reproducible:
Customer created VM on Vmware server and tried to migrate it from one nvmeOF datastore to another nvmeOF datastore. Migration does not complete.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a VM in VMware server backed by nvmeOF disk's datastore.
2. Migrate the VM to another nvmeOF datastore. 
3. Migration stuck and does not completes.

Actual results:
VM Migration does not complete.

Expected results:
VM migration should be completed.
