BIOS with MBR:

After creating the partitions using the storage editor, when returning to installation gives the error about storage requirements not met (with no explanation).

UEFI with MBR:

After creating the partitions using the storage editor, when returning to installation gives the error about storage requirements not met (with explanation of failed to find a suitable stage 1 device).

The Fedora 41 installer can install these configurations.
