Taking this review.
This doesn't build on either F41 or EPEL10. There reason is because it needs qt6-qtbase-private-devel on Rawhide and F42, this is getting pulled in via qt6-qtbase-devel but on epel10 and f41, did doesn't automatically get pulled in. So, adding that to the buildrequires is needed. Or, even better, getting them to drop dependency on the private libraries. But, I doubt that will happen.
