Pool-field-empty

Description of problem:

GUI request pool name even though a specific namespace selected for a update using edit option as shown in the screenshot.
Here namespace is already assoaciated with pool, but its still pre-empts for pool name.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

[ceph: root@ceph-sunilkumar-8-1-00-o1rusi-node1-installer /]# ceph version
cceph version 19.2.1-126.el9cp (cfd2907537ba633f7d638895efd70ef5d0f1c99b) squid (stable)
[ceph: root@ceph-sunilkumar-8-1-00-o1rusi-node1-installer /]# ceph config dump | grep nvme
mgr advanced mgr/cephadm/container_image_nvmeof cp.stg.icr.io/cp/ibm-ceph/nvmeof-rhel9:1.4.6-1

How reproducible: always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. depoloy cluster
2. Configure NVMe service and add subsystem & namespaces
3. Edit namespace by selecting one of them and we can notice that pool field will be empty and have to be filled by user, even though pool was provided in the creation itself.

Actual results:
