Installer WebUI Critical Error:
org.fedoraproject.Anaconda.Error: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xff in position 102: invalid start byte

Please attach the log file /tmp/webui.log to the issue.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.used the fedora live usb disk 
2.selected install
3.90% through it fails
