Description of problem:
KDE windows aren't accepting keyboard input until you mouse click in the part 
of the window that needs focus.

I good way to reproduce this is to click and drag the titlebar to move the 
window, when you release mouse button, try and use the app window with 
keyboard. You will have no success.
