This would require branching:

 - rust-argmax (after merging https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/rust-argmax/pull-request/1 to avoid bringing in new compat packages)
 - rust-faccess
 - rust-lscolors (but it wants rust-crossterm0.27)

That’s pretty straightforward except for the compat package that lscolors wants to introduce. It is very likely that the currently-packaged lscolors could be patched (see https://github.com/sharkdp/lscolors/compare/v0.19.0...v0.20.0), but I think a better strategy would be to go ahead and get lscolors updated to 0.20 in Fedora (bug 2293822) before branching, even though this would require a larger amount of coordination.
