Description of problem:
GCC was updated to 8.5.0-26 which obsoletes gcc-gnat-8.5.0-25

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install gcc-gnat
2. says already installed and provided by gcc-8.5.0-26
3.

Actual results:
gcc-8.5.0-26 is used instead of gcc-gnat

Expected results:
gcc-gnat to be installed
