Looks like we need two other packages first, libXp-devel and xorg-x11-xbitmaps.

I've opened BZ 2362753 and BZ 2362754 requesting those packages in EPEL10 as well.

Hi Gwyn,
I found that motif also requires xorg-x11-xinit as an install-time dependency and have opened BZ 2362898.
