Description of problem:

URLs have been updated with a VRM numbering.

For https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/storage-ceph/8.1.0 this is urgent for the coming release. for the older urls, they are currently being redirected and do not need immediate change, but should be changed in the next z-stream.
