This is triggered by upgrading perl-ExtUtils-ParseXS from 1:3.51-512.fc42 to 1:3.57-1.fc43. According to <https://github.com/Perl/perl5/issues/22353> it was a deliberate change in ExtUtils::ParseXS and EV should adapt. A proposed fix is quoted there.
