Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):Plasma 6.3.5 on Wayland, KDE Frameworks Version 6.14.0 How reproducible: Happens every time on clean installations of Fedora KDE. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Right click desktop background, go to "Display Configuration" 2. Click "Identify Screens" to make sure that screen arrangement as displayed agrees with physical location of screens (it does). Actual results: 1. Task bar is located, and new windows open, on the "non" primary screen 2. Changing the "Primary" radio box to the other screen and clicking "Apply" flips everything, so it's still incorrect. Expected results: 1. Task bar should be located, and new windows should open, on screen which has "Primary" selected. Additional info: 1. This is on a dual-boot, Windows does not have this issue. Also I have tested GNOME and it does not happen on GNOME. 2. It appears this is an issue multiple people are having: https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/issue-with-primary-display-when-using-two-monitors/148123/11
