Description of problem:
many files of this package have wrong parmissions and are executable when they
don't have to be:

I'm not sure about the files in /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages, but most
probably they can have  0644 permissions as well.

1. rpm -qlv pyorbit-2.14.2-1 pyorbit-devel-2.14.2-1
