Description of problem:
FTBFS on `s390x` due to testing error, indicating upstream endianness bug. Some causes have been isolated, working closely with upstream to produce a fix.

1. Building on s390x architecture.

Relevant fix incorporated in upstream https://github.com/TypesettingTools/Aegisub/commit/04a5c673a038cd912034fd9f70c0cfa6d53b764a , should be resolved in the next release.
