Note that this is fixed in 1.26.1 and affects gstreamer1-plugins-bad only.
Upstream patch: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/-/merge_requests/8884 .
I recommend updating to 1.26.1 to match other gstreamer1 packages in F42.
