Description of problem: simde is missing in EPEL10. Please branch and build or let me build it. Please also assign me as the EPEL bugzilla assignee.

Now I was able to log in to the src.fedoraproject.org. The infra team fixed the issue. I changed your collaborator role to the admin role on this package. I also added you to the EPEL Bugzilla Assignee. Now you should run the following command! Please go ahead. Thank you! ``` $ fedpkg request-branch epel10 ```
