Description of problem:
We are using some EPEL packages as part of our daily RnD activities.

It seems that rr is not available in EPEL 10.

Would it be possible to have latest rr-5.9 in EPEL10?

Latest 5.9. x86_64 and also aarch64 architectures would be great.

rr has a dependency on the capnproto package which is not yet built on EPEL 10. I've requested that capnproto be built on EPEL 10 [1]. I will build rr-5.9 for EPEL 10 once this dependency is resolved.
