I can't repeat this in either WEBDEV or WEBQA. It's possible that one of the 5.0.1 bugfixes has hit whatever is tripping us here - but it's hard to tell. Could you please attempt to recreate the problem against WEBQA? Use this URL to log in: https://rhn.webqa.redhat.com with rhn-noc, password "redhat". If you -can- recreate, please enter as close to the exact time as possible, the org-id involved, and which system you were looking at (assuming you were going to a specific system). If you -cannot- recreate, then there's a decent chance we've already fixed whatever is causing this in prod, and it'll be fixed as soon as 5.0.1 goes into production (which will likely be next week). So it doesn't look like this is reproducable on webQA, so I guess it will be fixed when 5.0.1 is released!
OK - I'll mark this as ON_QA, and we'll keep an eye on it as we move to STAGE and PROD. Test Plan: See Comment#2. If we can force an ISE in these circumstances, note time and return to FAILS_QA.
