psi4 needs optking and qcelemental. optking doesn't build because of qcelemental. qcelemental build fails in tests because of pydantic, since v1 is still incompatible with 3.14. I will disable the tests in qcelemental for now until upstream ports them to pydantic v2. Another issue is python-qcengine, which was orphaned without announcement and then retired without warning and is still marked dead even though I claimed the package as soon as I found out and filed a releng ticket to unretire it.
