python3.11-config (the script that python3-config points to) is not marked as executable. Therefore, I cannot run it directly from the terminal, nor can other scripts. I would have to change the permissions of the script manually. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Obtain a fresh install of the package 2. Run 'ls -la /usr/x86_64-w64-mingw32/sys-root/mingw/bin/python3.11-config' Actual Results: The ls command says that the file script no executable permissions Expected Results: The ls command should have said that the script has executable permissions, so that I, and other scripts could run it.
