In previous Fedora, DDClient config file expected by systemd was /etc/ddclient.conf

In 42 it changes to /etc/ddclient/ddclient.conf 

But seems like the example config is still installed inder /etc

Nothing wrong with the new location but upgrades should be made seemless. Now service just fails to start until the user installs the config at the new expected location.

If this issue is fixed, please make sure users that already moved to the new location will not break once the fix takes place.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install and configure ddclient in Fedora 40
2.upgrade to Fedora 42

Actual Results:
service fails to start

Expected Results:
service works without user interaction
