This is a request to include `meld` in EPEL10. I have successfully rebuilt meld version 3.23.0 from Fedora 42 using mock on AlmaLinux 10. All dependencies are satisfied and the package works correctly in EPEL10 environments. 💡 GitHub (spec, logs, RPMs): https://github.com/redadmin-k/meld-epel10-rpm Tested with: - AlmaLinux 10.1 x86_64 - mock configuration: epel-10-x86_64 Would it be possible to officially include this in EPEL10? Thank you for your consideration. Maintainer: Akiyoshi Kurita (FAS: redadmin) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install AlmaLinux 10 or RHEL 10 compatible OS. 2. Try to install `meld` using `dnf` from EPEL10. 3. Observe that the package is not available. Actual Results: The meld package is not available in EPEL10. dnf returns "No match for argument: meld". Expected Results: The `meld` package should be available in EPEL10, as it is a common developer tool. Additional Information: I have rebuilt meld-3.23.0 from Fedora 42 SRPM successfully on AlmaLinux 10 using mock. You can find the reproducible build (spec, SRPM, logs, RPM) here: → https://github.com/redadmin-k/meld-epel10-rpm Please consider adding this package to EPEL10.
