Description of problem:
existing log objects will be overwritten in case of other site flush log objects as log object names will be ordered suffix

as per the enhancement in this bz: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2370245

log object names will be changed to incrementing counter like below:

logs/2013-11-01-21-32-16-0000000000000001


in case of multisite, both sites will start from same counter and there is a chance of existing log objects getting overwritten with the other site flushed log objects

Steps to Reproduce:
1.deploy rgw ms cluster
2.create a bucket
3.perform few operations from pri site rgw endpoint and flush the log object. it will be sent as log object with name similar to logs/2013-11-01-21-32-16-0000000000000001. now perform few other operations from sec site endpoint and flush the log records from the sec site, it may be flushed with same log object name causing data being overwritten

Actual results:
log object name collision may happen in case of multisite

Expected results:
expected log object collision should not happen in case of multisite
