Description Paul Bolle 2007-04-22 19:44:28 EDT
Description of problem:
chkconfig doesn't provide a way to display "descriptions" of services. Both
ntsysv and system-config-services do that. I tend to use chkconfig to manage
services and miss the possibility to (quickly) check the description of a service.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Additional info:
I'd say that chkconfig could use "description" support too. Attached is a patch
that demonstrates my idea.
