Description of problem:
Package perl-Tk fails to build from source in Fedora Rawhide.

+ xwfb-run -c mutter -- make test
Xwayland failed to start!
RPM build errors:
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.S8x5k9 (%check)
    Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.S8x5k9 (%check)

This changes in repo breaks the build

It is probably related to update of mutter from 48.3-1.fc43 to 48.3-3.fc43
