org.fedoraproject.Anaconda.Error: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'systemd-machine-id-setup'

Please attach the log file /tmp/webui.log to the issue.

This kind of error can happen due to corrupted installation media - this can be either due to the image being corrupted during download or writing to your installation media or possibly your installation medium itself could be faulty. I would suggest possibly re-downloading the installation image or even using a different medium (eq. different USB drive) to see if it fixes the issue.
