Hello,

We are planning to update Cython from 3.0.12 to 3.1.2 in Rawhide.

However python-rencode fails to build with the latest Cython version.

This commit should be fixing it: https://github.com/aresch/rencode/commit/7ff2dc9908e564e5664e5031b7dae1ef7fec175e

So basically a rebase to later version should be enough.
