In Fedora 42 Silverblue - problem with sysroot.mount after restart

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.rpm-osstree karg --append loglevel=2 
2.rpm-osstree karg --delete rhgb 
3.systemctl restart
4. Login
5. opent terminal
6. systemctl restart 
After this command we cant see Failed for sysroot.mount 

Actual Results:
Failed for sysroot.mount 


Expected Results:
SUCCESS for sysroot.mount

As there are no details here, I can only guess, but this is likely a duplicate of bug 2348934. (Yes, I'm too lazy to get an installation of Silverblue and try myself.)
