Even if an update or a backport of the fix, https://github.com/aio-libs/aiohttp/commit/e8d774f635dc6d1cd3174d0e38891da5de0e2b6a, turned out to be feasible in Fedora 41, I don’t think it’s worth attempting such a nontrivial update this close to Fedora 41’s end-of-life, especially considering that the CVSS score is low and the vulnerability only applies if the AIOHTTP_NO_EXTENSIONS environment variable is set, forcing use of the pure-Python implementation.
