Cause:
The .smb rados pool was created when the smb manager module is loaded instead of being created when a SMB resource is first created.
Consequence:
The .smb pool is created before any resource which requires it is created.
Fix:
Delay creation of the .smb pool to when resources which require it are created.
Result:
The .smb pool is now created only once a resource using the smb manager module is created.
