Description of problem: Looks like proj 9.6.0 has been added to centos stream 9 and epel packages are going to need to get rebuilt: Error: Problem: cannot install the best update candidate for package libspatialite-5.0.1-17.el9.x86_64 - problem with installed package libspatialite-5.0.1-17.el9.x86_64 - package libspatialite-5.0.1-17.el9.x86_64 from @System requires libproj.so.22()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed - cannot install the best update candidate for package proj-8.2.0-1.el9.x86_64 - cannot install both proj-9.6.0-2.el9.x86_64 from appstream and proj-8.2.0-1.el9.x86_64 from @System - cannot install both proj-8.2.0-1.el9.x86_64 from epel and proj-9.6.0-2.el9.x86_64 from appstream For now this is only in epel9-next, but will also need to get done in epel9 when rhel 9.7 is released

This was rebuilt in epel9, not epel9-next.
FEDORA-EPEL-2025-aa3b167d91 (libspatialite-5.0.1-18.el9) has been pushed to the Fedora EPEL 9 stable repository. If problem still persists, please make note of it in this bug report.
Just an FYI that I'm rebuilding libspatialite again for another proj update.
