Description of problem: The xournalpp package has been built for EPEL 10.0, but not EPEL 10.1. This means that the package is currently available for RHEL users, but not CentOS users. It also means that when RHEL 10.1 is released, the package will no longer be available for RHEL users either. Please create a build from the epel10 branch, which will result in build that can be pushed to the EPEL 10.1 repo. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): xournalpp-1.2.7-1.el10_0 How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce (CentOS): 1. dnf install xournalpp Actual results: No match for argument: xournalpp Error: Unable to find a match: xournalpp Expected results: successful installation Additional info: EPEL 10 has minor versions, and builds are inherited forward, but only when done before the mass branching point. For 10.0, that was back in February. We'll be doing the 10.1 mass branching in August, so ideally this will be resolved before then so that the 10.1 build can be inherited into 10.2. Future builds should typically be done on the epel10 branch first, then merged back to older branches like epel10.0 only when necessary. https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/epel/branches/#_epel_10 I'll also note that the sources in the epel10 branch are behind the epel10.0 branch (version 1.2.6 vs 1.2.7), so the epel10 branch needs to be updated to at least version 1.2.7 to ensure a clean upgrade path.
Hi Carl, thank you for notifying about missing package for EPEL 10. It will be available shortly.
