davfs2 failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f43 https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=135163003 For details on the mass rebuild see: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_43_Mass_Rebuild Please fix davfs2 at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks, davfs2 will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 44, davfs2 will be retired, if it still fails to build. Looks like a simple tweak to the neon version compatibility patch (adding support for version 0.35) is enough to get this building again.
Hi Paul, would you be willing to co-maintain this package? I am not using davfs2 anymore and actually I planned to orphan it (but somehow forgot to do that).
Hi Felix, I haven't used davfs2 for a long time either. I'm OK to fix this particular issue but I think the best long term plan would be to orphan it and let someone that is actually interested in it step up to maintain it.
