erlang-rebar failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f43

Please fix erlang-rebar at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
erlang-rebar will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 44,
erlang-rebar will be retired, if it still fails to build.

It seems it is caused by erlang-rebar3 and erlang-rebar being both installed (erlang-rebar3 comes as a requires of erlang-rpm-macros)
