Description Fedora Release Engineering 2025-07-31 09:39:32 UTC
perl-Crypt-MySQL failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f43

https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=135229246

For details on the mass rebuild see:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_43_Mass_Rebuild
Please fix perl-Crypt-MySQL at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
perl-Crypt-MySQL will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 44,
perl-Crypt-MySQL will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Comment 4 Michal Schorm 2025-08-07 09:38:09 UTC
This is likely caused by the not yet accepted fix for an implemented Fedora Change that affects this package:
  https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/perl-Crypt-MySQL/pull-request/1

Please review, merge and build it.
