If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks, tcl-zlib will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 44, tcl-zlib will be retired, if it still fails to build. TCL has had built-in support for zlib since 8.6, this package is no longer useful, so it has been retired.
