When using Protontricks and opening a Proton prefix for a Steam game, I always have to pass 4 warnings before getting the actual dialog. $ protontricks pressure-vessel-wrap[19684]: W: Not sharing path --filesystem="/etc" with container because "/etc" is reserved by the container framework pressure-vessel-wrap[19684]: W: Not sharing path --filesystem="/sbin" with container because "/sbin" is reserved by the container framework Executing cd /usr/bin winetricks GUI enabled, using kdialog 25.04.3 ------------------------------------------------------ warning: Unknown file arch of /home/user/.cache/protontricks/proton/GE-Proton10-10/bin/wineserver. ------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------ warning: Unknown file arch of /home/user/.cache/protontricks/proton/GE-Proton10-10/bin/wine. ------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------ warning: You are using a 64-bit WINEPREFIX. See: - https://github.com/Matoking/protontricks/issues/396 - https://github.com/flathub/com.github.Matoking.protontricks/commit/eba504f0f441217ac0095f3baabbe9c1b59e5bb9 In regards to the 64-bit wineprefix warning and the Wow64 type warning, it seems an update has also fixed them. See https://github.com/Matoking/protontricks/issues/383. Probably the solution to everything of this issue is just to update the Winetricks commit, CTRL+F in https://github.com/flathub/com.github.Matoking.protontricks/blob/master/com.github.Matoking.protontricks.yml and search for "commit". Thanks for your attention. Also, I have one question: In https://github.com/flathub/com.github.Matoking.protontricks/blob/master/com.github.Matoking.protontricks.yml there is a lot of env. vars. set for the Flatpak app (the other settings don't matter since we are not in a sandbox). Should such env. vars. also be applied to the RPM package of protontricks to be consistent in what the Steam client itself also uses? Thanks! Reproducible: Always
