When I try to mockbuild your SRPM, I get this:

--- FAIL: TestScript (0.00s)
    --- FAIL: TestScript/issue4479 (0.00s)
        testscript.go:584: > [!exec:git] 'skip git not found in $PATH'
            FAIL: testdata/scripts/issue4479.txtar:1: unknown command "skip git not found in $PATH"

This means your tests are failing.

In your spec file, you should replace:

    BuildRequires:  go-vendor-tools

with:

    BuildRequires:  git go-vendor-tools

This allowed me yo build it
