.`CopyObject` URL-encoding now works as expected Previously, a quoted percent symbol (%) was incorrectly handled as part of a URL-encoding escape sequence. As a result, this led to invalid URL decoding logic during the `CopyObject` operation. With this fix, the decoding logic has been corrected to properly handle percent symbols, ensuring accurate URL processing.
