Description Trey Earl 2007-05-03 17:04:52 UTC
Description of problem:
I believe this module should be included in the kernel. I believe it is licensed
as GPL, and includes support for some 300 webcams. It would likely be
appreciated by many :)

Comment 1 Dave Jones 2007-05-03 17:28:24 UTC
needs to go upstream. carrying external drivers is a pain, as it reduces our
ability to easily rebase to newer upstream releases.

Comment 2 Trey Earl 2007-05-03 17:53:49 UTC
Would there be any chance you could push this upsteam for inclusion if there are
no license issues?

I'm not really sure why it's not already in the mainline kernel?
