low-memory-monitor has been archived upstream, apparently in favor of systemd-oomd.

low-memory-monitor has no reverse dependencies. Therefore, I recommend that it be retired from Fedora.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 45 development cycle.
Changing version to 45.
