Feature:
Allow to apply rate limits to the LIST and DELETE requests explicitely in addition existing rate limits of GET and PUT requests
Reason:
The LIST and DELETE requests are sub-operations of GET and PUT correspondingly that are more resource intensive than the GET and PUT operatinos, there was an RFE to ratelimit LIST and DELETE separetly independantly from GET and PUT rate limits
Result:
It is possible to set LIST and DELETE requests rate limits separately or together with GET and PUT rate limits to provide flexible granularity appropriate for the system performance envelope
