Comment 2 Miro Hrončok 2025-08-26 11:08:43 UTC
Hello. This is a bulk comment.

This package still needs to be rebuilt and/or shipped with Python 3.14.0rc2+ bytecode in Fedora 43.

The Beta Freeze of Fedora 43 is scheduled to start today. Please prioritize this bugzilla accordingly.

Thanks.

Comment 3 Ankur Sinha (FranciscoD) 2025-08-26 12:01:02 UTC
We've orphaned the package.

Comment 4 Ben Beasley 2025-08-26 12:12:17 UTC
Since the package also fails to install for F43 due to the dependency on the recently-retired python-ansicolors, I went ahead and retired python-papermill in F44/Rawhide and F43, leaving it orphaned. In the unlikely case that someone picks this package up while it is orphaned, they can request unretirement.
