Description david.robson 2007-05-04 13:13:00 UTC
Description of problem:

Printing figures with xfigs and cups results only in blank pages.
This seems to be a manifestation of a bug in transfig, that is fixed
in version 3.2.5

A quote from the CHANGES document in the transfig source says

o CUPS didn't like the order of some of the Postscript header
          from Ian Dall

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Always (at our site)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start xfig
2. Create a figure
3. Print figure
4. Watch blank piece of paper exit the printer

Actual results:

Blank piece of paper

Expected results:

Paper with legible figure

Additional info:

Suggest an upgrade to transfig.3.2.5
