Please branch and build pdsh in epel10.

I also have need of this.  Poking around on my personal EL10 system, I found I could use the pdsh-rcmd-ssh-2.34-15.fc42.x86_64 rpm, but it would be very nice if pdsh were in the EL10 repo as its for EL9/8/7...

Will you be able to branch and build pdsh in epel10?

Our HPC environment depends on pdsh.

I would be happy to be a co-maintainer if you do not wish
to build it on epel10 (FAS: @sam-maloney).
